Surveys Have Arrived (November 9, 2016)
The U.S. Postal Service has mailed the postal change surveys to all Lake Shawnee residents. Most residents received their survey on Wednesday, November 9, 2016. Please be sure to complete and return the survey so that it arrives NO LATER than December 8, 2016. If you did not receive a copy of the survey, you may download a copy below:

Timeline (Early Campaign 2016)
In July, the US Postal Service acknowledged receipt of the request to perform a ZIP code boundary change.
Members of the Lake Shawnee ZIP Code Change Committee attended a Lake Shawnee Club board meeting on July 8, 2016. The meeting was very productive in alleviating some concerns surrounding the ZIP code change effort. There will be continued and expanded outreach to keep residents informed on the process.
The ZIP code change request was presented at the June 15, 2016 Jefferson Township Town Council meeting. Further details will be forthcoming.
